Platform Privacy Policy
Pursuant to European Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the
following information is provided with regard to the processing of personal
data you provide to the Institute for Educational Technology, Italian National
Research Council (Istituto per le Tecnologie
Didattiche, Consiglio
Nazionale delle Ricerche, ITD-CNR)
through the completion of the present survey. We hereby inform you that any
personal data you provide will be processed for the research purposes of the
Project “FAiry TAle ScIence Augmented” (FAnTASIA)
Prog. N. 2019-1-IE01-KA201-051391 KA2 – Cooperation for innovation and the
exchange of good practices KA201 – Strategic Partnerships for school education.
As a participant to the FAnTASIA
project, you should have read the privacy notice for the processing of personal
data and signed the consent, and therefore you should be assigned an
alphanumeric code to access this survey. The following provisions contain and
repeat the portion of the privacy notice covering the processing of data
collected through the online platform.

do we collect and how?
Data will
be collected through the present survey platform when you fill in the
questionnaires listed below. You shall use the alphanumeric code assigned to
you to access the platform, Thus, collected data will be associated with your
access code.

How will
we use your data?
The data will be processed to evaluate the pedagogical
value of the educational programmes implemented under
the FANTASIA project and for exclusive scientific and research purposes.
How do we
store your data?
We securely store your data on a server located at Istituto per le Tecnologie Didattiche, via Ugo La Malfa 153,
90146 Palermo (Italy). We have implemented appropriate technical controls to
protect your personal data against unauthorised
processing and against accidental loss, damage or destruction.
What are your data protection rights?
We
guaranteed you the right to access your personal data (yours and those of your
child, if you are a parent/guardian) as well as to exercise the rights set out
in Articles 15 et seq. of EU Regulation 679/2016, including requesting the
rectification, or deletion, or restriction of processing, or to object to
processing by submitting us a specific request to your school. The school will
be responsible for communicating to the CNR the request to exercise the
right(s) and the corresponding code of the user from whom the request
originated. Please, consider that for questionnaire data, rights can only be
exercised before the anonymization phase.
You also
have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority
(aka Garante della
privacy) (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Cookies
During the use of the survey platform, no data related
to the navigation of the subject will be saved, and the use of some technical
cookies will be limited to ensure a smooth navigation by the user.
